What Goodmargin is

A writing workspace that stores your college-application writing and gives AI-generated feedback, story suggestions, and repetition checks. It doesn’t submit applications, write essays for you, verify college requirements, or predict admission decisions. Rubric scores are writing guidance only.

Your writing

You keep ownership of what you write. You give Goodmargin permission to store it and process it for the features you use, as described on the AI processing page.

AI feedback

Feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and check prompts and deadlines on each college’s official site.

Fair use

AI features have usage limits to keep the service available and affordable. Current limits are shown in Settings.

Goodmargin is free during early access and doesn’t collect payment details.
